Sewing (Cross Stitch)
I love cross stitch! I hadn't done any for years and years, but when I was expecting Jack I thought it would be nice to make a birth record for him... and that re-started my love of sewing!

I spent most of the last few days of my pregnancy with Jack sewing this. It's the first proper project I'd done for years! I absolutly LOVE it and hope it lasts for years. |
This is a Work In Progress shot! I chose this design for Squiggle's record because it's part of the same set as Jacks and I thought they'd look really nice together. |

I made this for my Mums birthday one year, but I massively under estimated how long it would take to make and even though I worked on it every night for about4 1/2 months it was still 6 weeks late for her birthday! |
These are just 3 of the cards I made for Christmas 2009. After the big Cat project I needed something a little more simple so sewing one of these a night was a nice break for me. Shame I forgot to pick them up! X-Mas 2010 anyone? |
