Mark & Charlie

We met when I was 21 and Mark was 29 in the Bobbin pub in Lancaster. Mark spent the entire evening winding me up and teasing me. And I thought then and there "That's the man for me!"

3 days later he told me he loved me. And he was sober too!

We've hardly ever been apart since and while I can't say we never fall out, I know he's "the One" which makes the hard times worth working through, and the good times great!

About Us

Wedding Links

We're not ones for rushing in, me and Mark. It took us 4 years to get round to getting engaged, and 2 years after that to get married! Although we've lived together since quite early in our realtionship marriage - initially - was something we didn't feel we needed.

But then we started talking about having a family, and there is that little old fashioned part of me that says that (while it's ok for us to live together without being married) it'd be nicer to be married if we're planning a family.

The wedding was a pretty big do to, with loads of friends and family, fantastic food and plenty of wine. The location was amazing too.

Being married doesn't feel that different, although it can be hard to tell as we came back from honeymoon expecting a baby! That does feel different! That feels GREAT! More...
